The Aerie, Sedona, AZ
Defined
as "an elevated place of seclusion", The Aerie is a custom home community
located in the Red Rock Secret Mountain Wilderness of Sedona, Arizona.
Completely surrounded by the Coconino National Forest , The Aerie
consists of two parcels of previously homesteaded land totaling approximately
178 acres. This land will be subdivided into 74 individual
homesites ranging from a minimum of 2 acres to over 3 acres in size.
The first phase, Aerie I, will have 41 lots situated between Doe
and Cockscomb Mountains . Residents here will enjoy panoramic
views of Capitol Butte and Chimney Rock, long distance views of legendary
Cathedral Rock to the east, and the twinkling nighttime lights of
the historic mining town of Jerome to the west.
The second phase, Aerie II, will have 33 lots placed directly below
the spire-laced drama of Cockscomb Mountain . These lots will
feature similar panoramic views of Capitol Butte and even more defined
visions of Cathedral Rock, Castle Rock and Bell Rock in the Village
of Oak Creek .
The Aerie will be a community of architectural distinction designed
to respect and show reverence for a land that has been
described by USA Today as the "Most beautiful place in America ."
