Mirielle, Buckeye, AZ

Currently in the planning stages, Mirielle is a 1,794 acre master planned community located along the emerging Sun Valley Parkway within the Town of Buckeye. A variety of housing types will be available within Mirielle to create a community that is diverse, open and economically attainable for prospective homebuyers. The project will also feature an extensive system of interconnected trails and open spaces to promote a pedestrian-friendly community. Wide multi-use trails will loop through neighborhoods and along large natural wash corridors, creating access to the many neighborhood parks and open spaces.
